Look at this Master Bathroom. Looks
nice, ha? But looks are deceiving.

When this house was built the hot tub drain was not
connected and for months of
use without the owner knowing it, the sub-floor got
ruined along with the bottom
plates the structural walls were sitting on. The
pictures above show just how much
damage there was… The damage was so intense; the floor
joists didn’t even touch
the wall plates and the wall plates were too soft for
any support anyway.

Above are some pictures of how we saved this room from
having to be taken down
and also saved the home owner over $25,000.00 in
rebuilding expenses.

All the proper plans, engineering and permits were
acquired along with the
approved finished structural work as you see in the
above pictures.
What do you do if your
house walls are wider than the
doors/jambs that are
available at the local warehouse store?

We install custom extension jambs towards the outside
and finished it up with a composite
1x4 "Choice Trim"
ripped to 2½" ready for paint. Inside molding sits
flush to interior walls.
